Material Types: Roof and Wall Profiles
The Gemello® Revive profile range offers versatile and high-performance solutions for both roof and wall applications. It includes trapezoidal roof and wall profiles, as well as a sinusoidal wall profile. Designed to meet industry standards, these profiles provide both functionality and safety, ensuring long-lasting durability and energy efficiency.
Additionally, the roof profiles are designed with an insulation system that delivers improved thermal performance. With a U-value as low as 0.14 W/m²K, the system helps maintain a comfortable indoor climate and reduce energy consumption. For even lower U-values, our technical team can assist with custom specifications.

Gemello® Revive Case Study:
Caxton Hill, Hertfordshire.
August 2024
A ground-breaking project concluded in Hertfordshire, in August 2024, where an old Fluorocarbon site in Caxton Hill, has been transformed into modern offices and a warehouse. The site was founded in the 1960s for the processing of PTFE and high performance polymers.
This remarkable refurbishment, installed by Roof-Link Industrial and Commercial, and overseen by Vista Contracts South East Ltd, utilised the Gemello® Revive over-cladding system from SIG Building Solutions, in collaboration with Filon Products and Superglass® (Part of Etex Group).
A wide range of accessories are manufactured and supplied to complete your next project.
Accessories are the smaller but essential components needed for the long term performance of a system and are supplied as a part of a one-stop-shop.
Rooflights:
Site assembled in-plane GRP rooflight are available in a range of roof profiles, to go over the top of existing rooflight and provide natural daylighting depending on the condition of the existing rooflights.
Gutters:
A complete range of gutters and rainwater goods can be manufactured and supplied to meet the specific requirements of an individual project.
Gutters are fabricated in a variety of materials including aluminium, pre-galvanised steel, pre-coated steel with a PVC finish, and membrane lined gutters, to suit the designer’s needs.
Insulated membrane lined gutters are available for designs where the gutter form part of the insulated building envelope.
Flashings:
Flashings can be manufactured in range of finishes and designs to suit a customer’s design.
Fasteners, Fillers and Sealants:
All fasteners, spacer systems, sealants and profiled fillers are to be supplied by SIG Building Solutions to comply with the warranty.
