Secondary Steelwork
We manufacture a wide range of Zed, Cee and Eaves Beam sections and accessories, formed from hot dipped galvanised steel coil to BS EN 10346:2009 Fe E390G -Z275. We make Zed, Cee and Eaves Beams sections to customer requirements, along with individual designs for special applications.
There is complete compatibility between Zed and Cee sections sizes, making our Purlins and Rails ideal for complicated roof designs.
Twin Skin Steel Roof & Wall Profiles
Our Twin Skin Steel Cladding Roof and Wall systems offer rapid coverage and swift completion of a weatherproof building envelope to give a high performance building. The systems all include a comprehensive range of spacers, fixings, sealants, guttering, flashings and rooflights. Our twin skin roof and wall systems are suitable for a wide range of buildings and situations from warehousing and industrial applications to agricultural and home outbuilding uses.
Insulated Panels
Our panels are self-supporting composite panels for building cladding. The external face has clean, sharp lines and panels are available in an extensive range of finishes and colours, enabling designers to create modern, visually-engaging buildings. Attractive and durable, they are used in a wider range of sectors including industrial, retail, office, health, education and leisure.
Bespoke Products
SIG Building Solutions manufactures bespoke architectural fabrications and flashings in aluminium, steel and other metals to a customer’s design. 2D and 3D shapes are formed by pressing, folding, punching and welding in pre-coated or post-coated materials.
Fabrications are not limited to use in building and construction only – if it can be fabricated from metal, we can make it.
Ancillary Products
We supply and fabricate a comprehensive range of accessories and components such as rooflights, gutters and flashings to provide the finishing touches to any building. We also manufacture a wide range of components and accessories to complete insulated panel and cladding projects, including top hat profiles, covers strips, gaskets, fillers, fasteners and sealants.
