Leading the sales strategy across the UK, Phil combines strong technical knowledge with a relationship-first approach. With over two decades of experience in building products and façade systems, he works closely with developers, specifiers and end users to align projects with the right solution.

Phil understands what success looks like for our clients, and he’s passionate about delivering the support they need to get there. From first enquiry to final build, his focus is on transparency, responsiveness, and outcomes that work in the real world.

Kevin brings almost 30 years of experience in construction, roofing and cladding to the Gemello® team. With a reputation for being detail-oriented, practical, and dependable, he works across a range of commercial and industrial projects, always focused on smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
